REQUIREMENTS:
Meet w/a Mentor
Find a mentor and meet with them 2 times each month. They will keep you accountable for stuff, offer life advice, and share their wisdom. If you cannot find a mentor, we will help you find one. Must be an adult that goes to City Church.
Serve on 2 Ministry Teams
City Church has lots of teams: greeters, kids ministry, sermon series planning, social media, etc. You will find a team you like and serve regularly on that team. We will provide a full list to choose from. Everyone will serve on the student ministry team and then you can pick one more.
75% Sunday Attendance
Being regularly involved is important. You will check in on the church app for attendance. If you have to miss over 25% of Sundays , you can make it up by watching it online.
Attend Monthly Meetings
We will meet once a month from Oct-May after Wednesday night activities for about 30 min to check in, discuss leadership principles, etc. We will meet 8 times and you must attend at least 6.
