After signing up, make sure you have these 2 forms done:
Medical Release – Check here to see if you have a medical release on file. If you don’t, click here to print one out and fill it out.
Latham Springs Form – Please fill out this online form for Latham Springs Encampment. When you are done filling it out, keep the confirmation email they provide because you can go in and change information at anytime. (new meds, change shirt size, etc)
